Seller Terms

Last updated 7 September 2026

1. Eligibility

Sellers must be registered businesses and must provide a valid business registration number and licence for verification.

2. Approval

Company accounts start as pending and are not publicly visible until SarTrade approves them. Approval may be withdrawn if information proves inaccurate.

3. Listing review

Every new or edited listing enters a review queue and is published only once approved. Rejections carry a reason, visible in your seller portal.

4. Listing accuracy

You warrant that specifications, hours, condition, certification and ownership details are accurate and that you have the right to sell or lease the machine.

5. No published pricing

Prices and lease rates must not be included in listing titles, descriptions, images or brochures. Reference prices you record in the portal are internal only and are never exposed publicly. Pricing is handled through the enquiry workflow.

6. Media

Up to 20 images, 5 video embeds and 5 brochures per listing. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload.

7. Enquiries

Enquiries on your listings are shared with you for the purpose of responding to that enquiry only. Using them for unrelated marketing breaches these terms and Singapore's Spam Control Act.

8. Commission and settlement

Commission is agreed in your seller agreement. This site does not process payments.

9. Suspension

We may suspend an account for inaccurate listings, non-response to enquiries, or breach of these terms.
