1. Using this site

By browsing or submitting an enquiry you accept these terms. No account is required to use the public site.

2. What this site is

SarTrade is a marketplace and equipment trader. Listings are invitations to enquire, not offers capable of acceptance. No sale or lease is concluded through this website.

3. Pricing

Prices and lease rates are not published. Any figure given in response to an enquiry is an indication, valid for the period stated in the quotation and subject to inspection and availability.

4. Accuracy of listings

Specifications are supplied by the equipment owner and checked by SarTrade before publication. Buyers should satisfy themselves by inspection.

5. Seller accounts

Sellers are responsible for keeping their credentials secure. Accounts inactive for six months are deactivated automatically; contact us to reactivate.

6. Acceptable use

No scraping, no automated bulk enquiry submission, no attempt to probe or bypass site security, and no use of contact details obtained here for unsolicited marketing.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, imagery and branding belong to SarTrade or its sellers and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability arising from use of this website is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
